  • Cancelling your subscription doesn’t automatically mean you get a refund. We wish it were that easy, but hey, rules are rules!

1. For Apple App Store Purchases
So, you’re in the Apple world? Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID (the same one you used to subscribe).

  3. Find your StoryTime subscription, click “Report a Problem,” and tell them why you’re asking for a refund.
    Heads up: Apple calls the shots here, so your request will be reviewed according to their policies.

2. For Google Play Store Purchases
If Android is your jam, here’s your move:

  1. Head over to Google Play Refunds.

  2. Follow the instructions to request a refund.

  3. Sit tight while Google processes your request.
    Pro tip: Their refund window is tighter than your grandma’s hug, so act fast!

3. For Stripe (Website) Purchases
If you paid on our website (fancy!), here’s how to get your refund:

  1. Drop us an email at support@jomstorytime.com with the subject “Refund Request.”

  2. Include your email (the one you used to pay), purchase date, and transaction ID.

  3. We’ll handle it from there and respond within 3–5 business days.
    Note: Refunds go back to the payment method you used, so check your bank or card statement.
